The Opportunity Since 1912, the Sunset Ford family has been a staple of the St. Louis community. We didn’t get here by just "moving metal"—we got here by building relationships. We are looking for a high-energy, driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. If you’re tired of the "corporate" dealership grind and want to work for a family-owned business where your name actually matters, this is your spot. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a retail rockstar looking to change gears, we provide the training and the inventory to help you succeed. What You’ll Do * Be the Expert: Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, from the first "just looking" to the final handshake. * Master the Product: Stay up-to-date on Ford’s latest tech, towing capabilities, fuel economy, trim levels, performance specs, safety, etc. * Build Your Brand: Use social media, phone, and email to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with your "sold" customers (your future referrals!). * Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves Sunset Ford feeling like they just received a premium experience. What You Bring to the Table * The "It" Factor: You’re outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. * Resilience: You know that "no" is just a step toward a "yes." * Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage your day. * Integrity: You believe in doing business the right way—honestly and transparently. * The Basics: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are must-haves. The Perks * Aggressive Commission Structure: Competitive pay with high earning potential and performance bonuses. * Family First: We offer a balanced schedule because we know you have a life outside the showroom. * Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. * Career Pathing: We prefer to promote from within. * Employee Discounts: Special pricing on vehicles, parts, and service Ready to Drive Your Career Forward? At Sunset Ford, we don’t just sell the best trucks and SUVs in the world; we provide a local experience that keeps generations of St. Louisans coming back. Apply today and find out why "Sunset Ford is the place to go!"
