We are currently interviewing for an Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who fosters a team environment and who seeks excellence in all aspects of the role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing vehicle titles and registration paperwork Verifying ownership documents for accuracy and completeness Submitting title applications to the appropriate state agency (such as the DMV) Tracking title status and resolving title issues Maintaining records and filing systems Processing lien releases and ownership transfers Communicating with customers, lenders, dealerships, and government offices QUALIFICATIONS: Title processing of New and Used vehicles Administration experience Organized, structured, and reliable Maintain a positive energetic attitude throughout the day Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook Strong communication skills Detail oriented, Positive energy, Team Player Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time Benefits: 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
