Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and solder high-reliability glass-to-metal and hermetically sealed components, perform testing and inspections, and support secondary assembly operations. The ideal candidate has strong soldering skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components under a microscope. Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Some schedule flexibility may be available Location: Wilton, NH Responsibilities Solder and assemble small components to quality standards Work under a microscope to inspect and verify parts Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures Perform testing using basic electronic test equipment Clean and inspect finished assemblies Identify and report quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet daily production goals and schedules Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of soldering experience in manufacturing J-STD-001 certification (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination Comfortable working with small parts under a microscope Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Familiarity with basic assembly tools and measuring equipment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
