Job Description

Reporting directly to the Casino Manager, the Table Games Manager is responsible for the staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and supervision of blackjack personnel while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of all table game operations.This position plays a key role in the overall financial success of the table games operations along with game protection, regulatory compliance, AML/Title 31 compliance, employee development, and guest service. Join us and become a valued member of our team today.Previous Blackjack & Craps dealing experience required.Previous pit, floor supervision, or casino management experience strongly preferred.Thorough knowledge of rules, procedures, payouts, and game protection.Knowledge of AML/Title 31 requirements within a casino environment preferred.Leadership, scheduling, training, and employee-management skills.Observational and analytical skills with the ability to identify unusual activity.Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced gaming environment.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest-service skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain the South Dakota gaming license.Must be able to work a flexible schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
