Are you a notary public in Monument, Colorado looking for steady loan signing work? Certified Mobile Notary Service connects notary signing agents in El Paso County and the surrounding area with mortgage, title, and escrow signing appointments. This is a U.S. only opportunity.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lenders, title companies, and escrow offices in Colorado rely on trained notary signing agents to close loans quickly and correctly. You will guide borrowers in Monument through refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages, notarize the required documents, and return the completed package by the deadline.
KEY DUTIES
Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Monument and surrounding areas.
Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log.
Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline.
Ensure compliance with Colorado and federal notary laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
KEY PROFILE
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence.
Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology.
Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
PAYMENT
$75 - $200 per loan signing appointment.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Flexible contract work. Remote and mobile assignments in Monument, Colorado and the surrounding area, U.S. only.
