At Alisio’s, every detail contributes to the guest's journey, and your role helps create a space that feels welcoming, cared for, and connected.A busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and supporting the flow of service. Your attention to detail and sense of urgency helps ensure a smooth experience for both guest and team, contributing to a positive and memorable visit for everyone who walks through the doors.Job Responsibilities:Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of serviceAssist servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, and delivering food when neededHelp with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shiftsSupport kitchen and waitstaff by running food and assisting in other tasks as neededWork as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experienceMaintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guest and team membersFollow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environmentTransport full bus bins to dishwasher regularlyRoutinely sweep and mop floors, wipe windows and mirrors and take out the trash, recycling and compost when fullQualifications:Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficientlyStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.Working knowledge of spirits, wine and foodAwareness of basic safety sanitation policiesAbility to acquire a Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification and RBS (Alcohol) certification (before or within 2 weeks of hire date)A Few Reasons Why You’ll Love Your Job:Opportunity to be a part of a growing and passionate company and teamUnique opportunity to bridge culture through foodBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K)Family meals providedEqual Employment Opportunities (EEO):Alisio’s provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics and other protected classes.
