Schedule You'll Love???? 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off ⏰ 12-Hour Day Shifts ✅ Full-Time Position
What You'll Do???? Assist with daily drill rig operations
???? Support well construction, casing installation, and well development activities
???? Set up, move, and maintain drilling equipment
???? Handle drill pipe, tools, materials, and supplies
???? Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and reclamation work
???? Complete inspections, safety checks, and field documentation
???? Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs

✔ Have construction, mining, labor, oilfield, water well, or industrial experience (preferred but not required)

This is an active outdoor position working in all types of Wyoming weather. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs, working around equipment, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
